About Jemma
Hi, I’m Jemma, a professional singer, founder of Jemma Music and the director of Feel Good Choir. I believe we can all sing and with a little practice our voices grow stronger. Singing is one of the most powerful ways to connect with ourselves and with others.
After over ten years living in Madrid, I saw how many people craved community and confidence but lacked a welcoming space to find it. So I created it.

Everyone can sing! If you can talk you can sing! Our groups are made up of a mix of shower singers, nervous beginners, and karaoke champions and it doesn't matter where you're starting from - if you enjoy singing you will find a really supportive and welcoming community and discover that you end up improving not only with your technique but also your confidence

All our songs are in English, and we run sessions in English too. But don't worry if English isn't your first language - if you can understand a voice message from me, you can follow along! Our international community is incredibly supportive, and singing in English is actually a great way to improve your pronunciation and confidence with the language.

Absolutely! We offer trial sessions for just €5 because we want you to feel completely comfortable with us first. Just book online and come see what all the fuss is about. If you decide to join after your trial, we'll take that €5 off your first month's payment.

Even better! Half our members joined knowing nobody and now they've found their Madrid family. We're pretty good at making people feel welcome – you'll be chatting with fellow singers before we finish our first song. There's something magical about making music together that breaks down barriers instantly.

Try the hour and a half in your trial and then you'll see whether that last half an hour is for you or not!
If it's a schedule issue, you can always try one month one way and switch it round the next. We're super flexible!

Absolutely not! We welcome adults of all ages! Our community spans from twentysomethings finding their feet in Madrid to retirees embracing new adventures. Good music and great company don't have expiry dates.
